Originally from the India, Aditi lived in Singapore prior to business school and worked for Shell for four years. There, she spent two years in Retail Marketing and then moved on lead B2B sales, for a line of petrochemicals, to India, the Philippines and Sri Lanka. She also led the Learning & Development Committee of Shell Singapore's Network of Women. In addition to serving as President of the Ross Consulting Club, Aditi is also Co-Chair for the Women in Leadership Conference 2011 and has been Team Leader for a Ross Community Consulting Club engagement. She holds a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In her spare time, Aditi likes to travel, watch plays and movies, try new restaurants and read on her new Kindle.

Tim Katerberg graduated from The University of Chicago with degrees in Public Policy and Political Science. After graduation, he spent five years with ZS Associates focusing on sales force strategy and operations. At Ross, Tim is the VP of Outreach for the Linus Foundation and the VP of Southern Strategy for the Southern Club. Tim will be working at Bain & Company in Chicago this summer.

Carmen is your typical career switcher. After graduating from University of Southern California in business, she worked in financial development for the YMCA of San Francisco. Although she enjoyed her time in non-profit, she came to bschool to transition into the corporate world. Following her interest in human capital and organizational strategy, Carmen is excited to be working in Chicago at Accenture in the Talent and Organizational Performance practice over the summer. Carmen is also on the Executive Board of the Black Business Student's Association.

Before Ross, Jennifer taught English and led service and diversity programs at high schools in the San Francisco Bay Area. A stint in nonprofit management brought her to business school, where she has participated in the Board Fellows program, explored nonprofit consulting, and joined the Net Impact leadership team. She looks forward to interning at AT Kearney in San Francisco this summer. Jennifer received her BA and MA in English from Stanford University.

Mike has deep ties to the other U of M in the Big 10 - the University of Minnesota. In fact, the ties are so strong that Ross' new Dean decided to follow him from Minneapolis to Ann Arbor. He grew up in the Twin Cities and has a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Carlson School of Management. Prior to Ross, Mike spent three years in management consulting with Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations practice where he worked on projects ranging from product development in financial services to new business development in telecom. At Ross, Mike has leadership roles on the M-Trek core team and the Southern Club. While first a Gopher, he couldn't be more proud to be a Wolverine! Go Blue!

Andy graduated from the University of Michigan in 2006 with a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Prior to Ross, Andy spent 4 years working for Manhattan Associates, a supply chain consulting firm located in Atlanta. He focused on distribution management in mostly the retail and e-commerce industries. Andy is also the President of the Ross Mentorship Program and on the board of Ross Habitat for Humanity. Since this is Andy's second run as a wolverine, he is obsessed with all Michigan sports and thinks The University of Michigan is the best educational institution in the world. Andy is spending his summer working at Bain & Company in Atlanta

Venkat Ananth graduated with a Bachelor's in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and went on to obtain an MS from the University of Toledo. An avid technologist, Venkat has held several business roles in his career. Venkat's stint at a startup, working to bring a new technology to market introduced him to product management and product development. In his latest position at ETAS Inc (a subsidiary of Robert Bosch Corp) he leads customers in finding creative technological solutions to drive change at their organizations and has gained substantial exposure to business development and marketing. Venkat joined the Stephen M. Ross School of Business to solidify his understanding of business issues with an emphasis on Corporate Strategy and is transitioning his career to Management Consulting.
